“I had the pleasure of attending an on-site workplace at Bladin Point for Inpex where Frank van Dijk was one of a team of three installing a 32 metre communications mast and associated wiring and componentry, such as a
2 metre PTP microwave dish and hardware.
I was most impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. He was committed to his task and the quality of his work was a credit to him, with connectors properly and cleanly attached and cables laid in a neat, precise manner. He was efficient – quick and with no non-conformances, applied appropriate safety practices, observed environmental controls and satisfied the client’s specifications.
What also impressed me was his forward thinking and ability to minimise waste of materials and time to complete the task. He also has a pleasant nature and is easy to work with as a team member, and can work well without supervision.
